Multi-agent development for microservices teams

Parallel AI agents.
Across your microservices.
Without collisions.

Generacy gives AI agents their own isolated dev containers, scoped credentials, and a GitHub-native workflow that spans your repositories — so multiple agents can coordinate changes across services in parallel, shipping linked PRs in each affected repo, without stepping on each other or touching production.

Real Results

27 days

One developer, empty repo to production-ready legal platform

143 PRs

95% opened by the autonomous agent

11 concurrent agents

Working in parallel across microservices at peak

1 Claude Max subscription

60–70% of weekly limits. No API spend.

A 22-week plan, shipped in 4 weeks

An architect wrote an 18-month plan for a senior engineering team to ship a production multi-tenant legal platform, with a 5-phase implementation for a full-service multi-tenant agentic legal platform. The plan was expected to compress down to 22 weeks with Claude coding assistance.

Generacy was able to crush that plan with only one engineer in just 27 days.

That's 550% more productivity than just using Claude and with fewer human resources. The work ran on a single Claude Max subscription. Eleven agents working in parallel at peak. No production credentials on any agent at any point. And no collisions.

The Problem

Code generation isn't the bottleneck anymore
Coordination is

AI coding tools can write code, but they struggle with real-world delivery — especially across multiple services, multiple repositories, and multiple agents working in parallel. Agents waste tokens reading irrelevant context, drift on longer tasks, create fixes that break other things, and turn validation into a serial bottleneck. Teams end up babysitting the process instead of shipping. Most try to solve this with better prompts. That's not enough.

AI burns credits

Agents produce irrelevant output, wasting tokens and compute on work that gets thrown away.

Agents drift or loop on longer tasks

Without structure, agents wander off-track, retry endlessly, or produce inconsistent results.

Fixes create new issues

AI-generated patches that fix one thing and break another, turning validation into a bottleneck.

Teams babysit instead of shipping

Engineers spend more time supervising the process instead of accelerating it.

What Generacy Does

Generacy gives AI a better way to operate inside your engineering system.

Backlog-driven execution

Work starts from your backlog — real tasks, not one-off prompts. Tag an issue, and Generacy orchestrates agents to take it from spec to pull request.

Cross-repo coordination

A single issue can spawn coordinated changes across multiple repositories. Generacy opens and manages a draft PR in each affected repo, all linked back to the issue. Agents working in different repos coordinate through the issue thread, not by reaching into each other's containers. First-class support for multi-repo workspaces spanning microservices, plugins, and reference repos.

Structured tooling

Replace random tool stacks with curated agents. Give agents the right tools and see exactly what they see with stateful tool inspection.

Validation built in

Catch issues early and reduce manual review. Agents run type checks, lint, and tests — changes reach review only after they pass.

Role-based agents

Assign different responsibilities, credentials, and access levels across agents. A single setup to parallel execution across your team.

Parallel agents

Run many agents at once across your services without collisions. Each agent gets its own dev container with the full stack — emulators, services, runtimes — and credentials scoped to that container. Eleven concurrent agents at peak in our reference law-platform build.

Less Noise, Less Drift, More Useful Work, Per Token

Without Generacy

  • Interrupt-driven
  • Manual rollbacks
  • Loops & retries
  • Unpredictable

With Generacy

  • Clear tasks from backlog
  • Cross-repo coordination
  • Structured tooling
  • Reliable patterns

Teams get:

  • Lower AI spend
  • Faster iteration
  • Better performance on real, complex codebases

WE USE WHAT WE BUILD

Generacy is built using Generacy

Our own stack spans approximately nine repositories — the UI, the cloud control plane, the workflow engine, the dev container images, plugins for source control and dev CLIs, MCP servers, the marketing site. We ship features across them using the same parallel-agent workflows we sell, including the cross-repo PR coordination that lets a single issue spawn linked changes in every affected repo.

Every change to Generacy goes through the same lifecycle Generacy enforces for everyone else: a labeled GitHub issue, an agent working in an isolated dev container with scoped credentials, a draft PR with a live phase checklist, validation before review, and a human merging once it's ready. The bugs we hit using Generacy on Generacy are the bugs we fix first — because we're the ones running into them.

We're not demoing a future. We're using it daily on production code, at non-trivial scale, with the same constraints our customers face.

Two paths. Pick the one that fits how you want to work.

Cloud (no install)

1

Sign in with GitHub

Use one-click OAuth and install the Generacy GitHub App on your organization.

2

Create your project

Point Generacy at a repository and we generate your dev container configuration.

03

Launch a cluster on Digital Ocean from the UI

Connect your DigitalOcean account and launch a development cluster straight from the UI — no Docker, no local setup.

4

Label an issue, ship a PR

Tag a GitHub issue with a process label — Generacy takes it from spec to pull request.

Spin up a working Generacy cluster on Digital Ocean directly from the UI. No Docker, no local setup. Connect your DigitalOcean account to launch.

Local (full control)

1

Sign in with GitHub

Use one-click OAuth and install the Generacy GitHub App on your organization.

2

Create your project

Point Generacy at a repository and we generate your dev container configuration.

03

Open in a Dev Container

Open the repo in VS Code with the Dev Containers extension and Generacy brings up the full stack locally.

4

Label an issue, ship a PR

Tag a GitHub issue with a process label — Generacy takes it from spec to pull request.

Run Generacy on your own machine with Docker and VS Code. Full control, full local context, ideal for teams that already have a Docker workflow.

Both paths start with a 14-day Generacy trial.

What Generacy Is Not

Not a prompt-to-app tool

Generacy doesn't generate apps from a prompt. It orchestrates your existing development workflow.

Not a hosted block box

Your code, infra, and credentials stay under your control. Generacy runs in your environment.

It is a structured AI development system for production software.

Generacy is built for teams shipping real software with real constraints — not toy demos.
