- How does per-seat pricing work?
- You pay for the number of seats on your plan. Each seat represents one team member who can access the platform. Basic starts at $20/seat/mo, Standard at $50/seat/mo, and Professional at $100/seat/mo.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
- Yes, you can switch between billing intervals at any time from your account settings. When switching to annual, you'll save the equivalent of 2 months.
- What happens if I need more than 50 seats?
- For teams larger than 50, we recommend our Enterprise plan which offers custom pricing, dedicated support, and additional security features. Contact sales@generacy.ai to get started.
- Can I downgrade or cancel my plan?
- You can downgrade or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you'll continue to have access until then.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards through our payment processor, Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
