Can I try a paid plan before committing?
Yes! Basic, Standard, and Professional plans include a free trial period. No credit card required to start.
How does per-seat pricing work?
You pay for the number of seats on your plan. Each seat represents one team member who can access the platform. Basic starts at $20/seat/mo, Standard at $50/seat/mo, and Professional at $100/seat/mo.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, you can switch between billing intervals at any time from your account settings. When switching to annual, you'll save the equivalent of 2 months.
What happens if I need more than 50 seats?
For teams larger than 50, we recommend our Enterprise plan which offers custom pricing, dedicated support, and additional security features. Contact sales@generacy.ai to get started.
Can I downgrade or cancel my plan?
You can downgrade or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you'll continue to have access until then.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our payment processor, Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
